SW2343-M is a medium carbon high alloy steel with high purity, high isotropy, high polishability and excellent machining performance. Its characteristics are as follows:
Extremely low non-metallic inclusions and gas content, high purit
Using high-purity high-quality blast furnace iron to make steel, low S, P alloy materials and LF+RH vacuum cycle degassing refining process, the internal metallurgical quality of the material is equivalent to or better than the electroslag grade.
Hardness, uniform structure, excellent polishing performance
The internal quality of the steel is strictly controlled by NADCA# standard to meet the use requirements of high polishability of the material.
High strength and toughness, excellent machining performance
Through the optimization of alloy composition, the latest multi-directional forging process and professional heat treatment process to ensure the hardness and toughness of the material, the service life is better than similar traditional mold materials.
