SW333 Nitrogen-containing corrosion-resistant mirror plastic mold steel
Product Details
Manufacturing process
Electric furnace smelting (EF) → ladle refining (LF) → air degassing refining (VD) → die casting → protective atmosphere electroslag → multi-directional forging → annealing → finished product inspection → qualified label storage.
Applications
Polishing molds with high mirror surface requirements, or plastic molds with extremely demanding requirements on the corrosion resistance and toughness of the material. Mainly used for optical mirror products and laser products with high mirror surface requirements such as VCD, DVD, etc., and widely used in harsh environments with strong acid and high toughness requirements.
Product features
Excellent corrosion resistance;
Good etching processing performance.
