SW 2343-M is a medium carbon high alloy steel with high purity, high isotropy, high polishability and excellent machining performance. Its characteristics are as follows:

• Extremely low non-metallic inclusions and gas content, high purity. High purity. Steelmaking is done by using high-purity high-quality blast furnace iron, low S, P alloy materials and LF+RH vacuum cycle degassing and refining process to ensure material purity.

• Uniform hardness and structure, excellent polishing performance. The internal quality of steel is strictly controlled by NADCA# standard to meet the use requirements of high polishability of materials.

• High strength and toughness, excellent machining performance. The hardness and toughness of the material are guaranteed by alloy composition optimization, the latest multi-directional forging process and professional heat treatment process, and the service life is better than that of similar traditional mold materials.
