Product Features
SW 2343-M is a medium carbon high alloy steel with high purity, high isotropy, high polishability and excellent machining performance. Its characteristics are as follows:
Extremely low non-metallic inclusions and gas content, high purity. High purity. Steelmaking is done by using high-purity high-quality blast furnace iron, low S, P alloy materials and LF+RH vacuum cycle degassing and refining process to ensure material purity.
Uniform hardness and structure, excellent polishing performance. The internal quality of steel is strictly controlled by NADCA# standard to meet the use requirements of high polishability of materials.
High strength and toughness, excellent machining performance. The hardness and toughness of the material are guaranteed by alloy composition optimization, the latest multi-directional forging process and professional heat treatment process, and the service life is better than that of similar traditional mold materials.
