Manufacturing Process
Blast furnace iron → 300-ton converter (LD) → ladle refining (LF) → vacuum degassing (RH) → hydrogen protection ingot casting → multi-directional forging → quenching + tempering pre-hardening → finished product inspection → qualified label storage

Good hardness uniformity, polishing and etching performance, suitable for all kinds of automotive interior leather grain or polished parts
Excellent thermal conductivity, improve injection molding productivity
Can be treated by ammoniation
