Electric furnace or converter smelting (EF or LD) → ladle refining (LF) → vacuum degassing (RH or VD) → argon protection ingot → multi-directional forging → high temperature normalizing + hydrogen expansion annealing heat treatment → ultrasonic pre-wound → pre-hardening heat treatment (quenching + tempering) → finished product inspection → qualified label storage
Applications
General mass production of household appliances and office plastic product molds, automotive interior plastic molds, etc., with good polishing and excellent ground fine grain electric bite effect.
