Manufacturing Process

Electric furnace or converter smelting (EF or LD) → ladle refining (LF) → vacuum degassing (RH or VD) → argon protection ingot → multi-directional forging → high temperature normalizing + hydrogen expansion annealing heat treatment → ultrasonic pre-wound → pre-hardening heat treatment (quenching + tempering) → finished product inspection → qualified label storage

Product Use

  • Home appliances and office plastic product molds, such as: air conditioner housing, refrigerator drawer, washing machine panel and copier and other white appliances or transparent plastic parts.

  • Plastic molds for automotive interior parts, such as bumpers, dashboards, interior door panels, lights, etc. A-plate (fixed mold).

  • Large display screen housings, such as TVs and PCs.
