Manufacturing Process
Electric furnace or converter smelting (EF or LD) → ladle refining (LF) → vacuum degassing (RH or VD) → argon protection ingot → multi-directional forging → high temperature normalizing + hydrogen expansion annealing heat treatment → ultrasonic pre-wound → pre-hardening heat treatment (quenching + tempering) → finished product inspection → qualified label storage

Very little material segregation, excellent chemical etching uniformity;

Optional electroslag process production
Product Use
Home appliances and office plastic product molds, such as: air conditioner housing, refrigerator drawer, washing machine panel and copier and other white appliances or transparent plastic parts.
Plastic molds for automotive interior parts, such as bumpers, dashboards, interior door panels, lights, etc. A-plate (fixed mold).
Large display screen housings, such as TVs and PCs.
